My opinion this is a late 30’s early 40’s dress. Not really my style but my niece likes it so I added it.

My mom gave me some great vintage fabrics
and being an off white/ivory color I decided to make a wedding dress.
I hope you like it!
The lace is perfect, no holes, snags or spots.
The fabric I used for the sewn in slip does have a spot or two but you can not see it under the lace.
It has never been worn
aside from me in the pictures and my sister who I used as a mannequin while making it.

This is a party dress, but with me and my like for the non-traditional I would like this even as a wedding dress, it’s just so cute and it’s vintage to boot.

Now this is not a wedding dress, but could be … in my mind anything can be for a wedding … and I think this would be really nice (and simple) for an outdoor wedding. Whether in your backyard, the park or even the beach.
This is another dress (though not from the wedding collection) by Claire Pettibone. It is the LOLA gown in the : CP Boutique a store filled with her work… or so I believe it’s all her’s.
Now flowers on a dress aren’t normally my style, but I really found myself liking this. And hey if you do it just right you can forgo a bouquet.
